This site is the gateway to thousands of live personal cams. It is part of the biggest webcam network on the planet with over 9 million members - I think it goes without saying that all those people can't be wrong! Definitely worth a look!
Top Student Cams
A 'ranking list' style site whereby the members send their hits to the list in exchange for being ranked higher on Top Student Cams. This list has been going years and features some of the biggest personal webcam sites (all people featured are over 18 though due the nature of some of the content)

(Same as above, just a different site run by different people!)

Again, a classic site which has lived an eternity, and deservedly so, as it was one of the first big personal webcam directories to spring up.

Camstreams (new)
Camstreams is a brand new site for streaming your own webcam. Streaming cams give the best looking results, especially using technology such as Windows Media (which camstreams does) or Real Networks systems.. You can sign up on Camstreams completely free and stream your own webcam through their server.
How-to Guide
Webcam World guides you through the basics of setting up your web cam. Things have changed a little bit since this piece was written (like new types of webcam being around) but in essence it all applies today.
World Of Webcams
A huge directory of live webcams, formerly known as Camarades. They definitely have one of the best domain names on the web! Usually a few hundred people online at any one time.
